Mission
The mission of the Chewelah Farmers Market is to make available high-quality, locally produced food, and to promote self-sufficiency in the community food systems by providing a venue for local farmers, growers and producers to connect directly with consumers, and to support educational opportunities for a sustainable community.
During the summer months, the children’s activity booth is a popular spot.
Local musicians share live music in the market throughout the season.
Monthly special events are full of fun and lively competition. Where else can you race a zucchini down the creek or shoot cherries at a target with a slingshot?
